How do I make a claim?
Claiming with Everyday Car Insurance is easy. There are two ways to make a claim:
Online
Everyday Insurance has made making a claim online simple by providing 24/7 access to your own My Insurance Portal. You can lodge a claim on the portal quickly by reviewing your pre-entered details.
Phone
If you aren’t keen on lodging a claim online, then you can always call their dedicated claims team on 1300 10 1234 between 8am-4pm AEST.
Whilst you’re waiting for your claim to be completed, you can keep track of it on My Insurance Portal, available 24 hours a day.
Payments
Everyday Insurance accepts payment via direct debit from either a bank account or credit card. Insurance premiums can be paid annually or monthly. They do not accept BPAY payments at the moment.
